Rainbow Childrens Medicare Ltd consolidated sales up 16.60% on year in Q3FY2026, net profit soared by 34.14%

Rainbow Childrens Medicare Ltd share price gained 1.63% to Rs 1217.55 after the company's net profit surged by 34.14% to Rs 83.89 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 16.60% to Rs 548.02 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

The market capitalization of Hospital industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 5.88 lakh crore, gaining 8%. It has inched up 8.07% over last one week and gained upto 2.85% in last one month while the market capitalization of Rainbow Childrens Medicare Ltd has improved by 4.13% and 19.98% in the same period respectively.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Rainbow Childrens Medicare Ltd stood at Rs 111.5 crore in Q3 FY26, rising 8.92% year-on-year, and jumping 32.82% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 162 crore, expanding by 15.06% YoY and rallying 32.73% sequentially.

Total expenses went up by 11.95% to Rs 422.65 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 73.77 crore, advancing by 14.30% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 75.18 crore, surging 12.46% YoY.

For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 12.35% to Rs 1703.08 crore, while net profit registered a growth of 15.28% to Rs 281.54 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 45001% to Rs 500.38 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 8.55% to Rs 358.23 crore compared to previous TTM.

The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 419.66 crore in FY26, as against Rs 395.66 crore in FY25.

Rainbow Childrens Medicare Ltd crashed 11.81% in last one year, performing in line with the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 11.78% during the same period.
