Shree Refrigerations Ltd. secures CARE Ratings of BBB-; Stable for bank facilities totaling Rs 15.00 crore

Shree Refrigerations Ltd. announced that CARE Ratings Limited has assigned a rating of CARE BBB-; Stable / CARE A3 to Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 15.00 crore and Rs 68.25 crore, while also upgrading the same facilities from CARE BB+; Stable / CARE A4+ and reducing the amount from Rs 82.39 crore, and separately assigned a rating of CARE BBB-; Stable to Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 6.75 crore, previously rated CARE BB+; Stable and reduced from Rs 7.61 crore; furthermore, CARE Ratings has assigned ratings of CARE BBB-; Stable / CARE A3 to Fund-based - LT-Term Loan of Rs 10.00 crore, Fund-based - LT-Term Loan of Rs 2.60 crore, Fund-based/Non -fund- based -LT/ST of Rs 35.00 crore, Fund-based/Non -fund- based -LT/ST of Rs 3.75 crore, Non-fund-based - LT/ ST-Bank Guarantee of Rs 15.00 crore, and Non-fund-based - LT/ ST-BG/LC of Rs 29.50 crore, and revised the rating of Fund-based - LT-Term Loan of Rs 4.15 crore, while CareEdge Ratings has withdrawn ratings on unspecified bank facilities/instruments reflecting full repayment and outstanding dues, and noting that the ratings reflect opinions as of the date of the rating.
