The order, which involves a supply period of two months, requires a 20% advance payment with the balance due within 45 days upon completion of supply and quality analysis certificate receipt. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
