Supra Pacific Financial Services Limited will hold a board meeting on September 17, 2026, to consider and approve the issuance of secured, unrated, unlisted, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) up to an amount of Rs 50 crore on a private placement basis, with a minimum subscription of Rs 1 crore per investor.
