Federal Bank allotted shares under multiple ESOS schemes following stock option exercises

Federal Bank announced the allotment of 65,396 equity shares under its ESOS 2010 Scheme, 72,373 shares under its ESOS 2017 Scheme, and 3,135 shares under its ESIS 2023 Scheme, following the exercise of stock options by grantees on September 12, 2026, as disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
