Midwest Energy Limited sets September 25, 2026, as record date for share split

Midwest Energy Limited, formerly known as Midwest Gold Limited, has fixed September 25, 2026, as the record date for the sub-division or split of its equity shares, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company will split each existing equity share with a face value of Rs 10 into equity shares of Rs 1, a move approved by shareholders via postal ballot on September 8, 2026.
