Western Andhra Tollways’ concession for a Telangana highway project concludes, transferring assets to NHAI

Interise Trust announced that the concession period for its Special Purpose Vehicle, Western Andhra Tollways Private Limited, concluded on September 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The conclusion follows a concession agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a 4-lane road project on NH-44 in Telangana, and toll collection revenues have been handed over to NHAI, with the Project SPV initiating the process of transferring other project aspects and obtaining a vesting certificate.
