REC Ltd. receives an upgraded credit rating of 'A-' with Stable Outlook from JCR

REC Ltd has announced a revision in its long-term issuer credit rating and outlook by Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (JCR), upgrading it to 'A-' with a Stable Outlook from the previous 'BBB+' with Stable Outlook; this revision is in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, with Scri Codes RECLTD and 532955 respectively.
