Jindal Capital Limited to seek equity share funding via rights issue, board to meet

JINDAL CAPITAL LIMITED will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds by issuance of equity shares through a Rights issue, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company’s trading window for equity shares will be closed from the immediate effect until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
