Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, 27th August 2026, to consider and approve an increase in the authorized share capital and a proposal for raising funds through equity shares, convertible bonds, debentures, convertible warrants, preference shares, or other equity-linked securities via permissible modes, including private placement and qualified institutions placement.
