Befound Movement Limited to convene August 28 meeting for key reports and appointments

Befound Movement Limited, formerly known as Regency Trust Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 28, 2026, to approve the Director’s Report, Corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion and Analysis report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and a Related Party Transaction for the financial year 2026-27. The board will also appoint an Internal Auditor for the period 2026-27 to 2028-29, approve notice for the Annual General Meeting, fix the dates of Book Closure, decide the time, venue and date of the Annual General Meeting, and appoint a Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting; the trading window for the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, August 24, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting’s outcome.
