ICICI Bank allocates equity shares to employees under its stock option scheme

ICICI Bank announced the allotment of 181,843 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each on August 24, 2026, under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme- 2000, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
