Systematic Industries Limited acquires GI Wire facility in Chhattisgarh, boosting capacity

Systematic Industries Limited announced the acquisition of a Galvanized Iron (GI) Wire manufacturing facility located at Siltara, Chhattisgarh, which has an installed capacity of 48,000 metric tonnes per annum, enhancing the company’s total capacity to approximately 148,000 metric tonnes per annum. The acquisition, according to Systematic Industries, will strengthen the company’s presence in Central India and support rising demand from power transmission and infrastructure sectors, while also being immediately earnings per share accretive.
