Intertek provided assurance on 3M India’s Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report for 2025-26

Intertek India Private Limited has provided reasonable assurance that 3M India Limited’s Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR) Core Disclosures for the financial year 2025-26 are accurate and free from material errors. The independent assurance engagement, conducted according to ISAE 3000 (Revised) and ISAE 3410 standards, covered operations in Pune, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad and focused on principles including integrity, employee wellbeing, human rights, environmental protection, inclusive growth, and consumer responsibility. The review, which included desk reviews, site visits, and interviews, assessed specific metrics related to sustainability performance and concluded that the data fairly presents 3M India's ESG performance in material aspects, demonstrating compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines.
