United Foodbrands grants 52,500 stock options to employees under 2015 plan

United Foodbrands Limited, formerly known as Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 52,500 employee stock options to eligible employees of the company and its subsidiary under the “Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2015,” with an exercise price of Rs 700.45 per option, according to a filing on August 4, 2026.
