Baid Finserv Limited to review financial results and potential dividend at August meeting

Baid Finserv Limited will hold a board meeting on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to recommend a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company will also consider and approve an alteration of the object clause of its memorandum of association, also pending shareholder approval, and trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
