Belrise Industries acquires Hyva India’s Tipper Body Business for roughly USD 5.65 million

Belrise Industries Limited announced the acquisition of the Tipper Body Business of Hyva India Private Limited, a subsidiary of JOST Werke SE, for approximately USD 5.65 million, representing an enterprise value to earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) multiple of approximately 3.60x. The acquisition, which is based on a slump sale basis, will strengthen Belrise’s position as a Tier-0.5 supplier within the commercial vehicle ecosystem and expands its capabilities in sectors such as construction, mining, defense, and infrastructure, while Hyva will continue to own and operate its Tipping Kits and Hydraulic Systems business.
