String Metaverse Limited to consider fund raising via equity shares at August meeting

String Metaverse Limited, formerly known as Bio Green Papers Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a proposal for raising funds through equity shares and/or other eligible securities via various permissible modes. The company will also consider the Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the draft Notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting, along with a proposal for shareholder approval of the fund raising. Trading window for designated persons has been closed from July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
