Mastek allots 1,625 equity shares under ESOP

Mastek has allotted 1,625 equity shares under ESOP on 14 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,10,02,407 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 15,50,12,035.
