Board of NBI Industrial Finance Company recommends Final Dividend

NBI Industrial Finance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.75 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
