Board of Black Rose Industries recommends Final Dividend

Black Rose Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1.25 per share (i.e.125%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
