| This initial public offer of 22,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each ("Equity Shares") of Shivchem Agro Limited ("The company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 62 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 57 per equity share ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 14.01 Crores ("The Issue"), out of which, 1,14,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 62 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.71 Crores, were reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion, i.e., 21,46,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 62 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 13.31 Crores, is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.00% and 28.49%, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 62 per equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each. The floor price is 12.40 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter. |
