| Public offer of 56,41,600* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Kwick Forensic Solutions Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] Crores ("the Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of 45,61,600* equity shares aggregating to Rs.
