| Initial public issue of up to 32,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of SK Minerals & Additives Limited ('' The Company " or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 127 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.117 per equity share( The "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs.41.15 Crore ("The Issue"), of which 1,62,000* equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.127 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.117 per equity share aggregating to Rs.2.06 Crore will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue ( The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). the Issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of up to 30,78,000* equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 127 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.117 per equity share aggregating to Rs.39.09 Crore is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue".
